Spring Fling

Nursery? Stamp Store?

Stamp? Garden?

New flower? New art technique?

Journal entry? Flower planting?

Lately I find myself getting just as excited over the color of a flower as I do over the color of a bottle of paint or ink. When I go to the nursery section I find myself touching and examining flowers as if they were a sheet of decorative paper or a new stamp! Bringing new art supplies and flowers home is equally fun. There are plans I make for each one....how and when to use the new paint colors; how and when to plant the flowers. Where to place the stamped image; where to plant the flower. Should I try a new technique? Should I try a new flower? At the end of the day it doesn't matter what I choose to do because they both bring me happiness and a colorful life.

Wow, this says it all, doesn't it.

You have some wonderful stamps there. And, it's so true about color whether nature or paints, they are so beautiful.

I can't believe your filing cabinet full to the brim with stamps!! You surely do live up to your name, Linda!! I know what you mean about colour, plants and all. My head is as much a muddle as yours by the sound of it! I have a blue and a pink hydrangea which Jim bought last year. They're up on the fairy hill.

I wish I could come play with your stamps...and to see you too, of course! =)

Bea, that's so true about nature and paints. Each one has beautiful colors to offer.
Ms. Lahtidah, I know that feeling. I get it each time I step into a stamp store or rubberstamp convention!
BT, I try to live up to my name. LOL!
Jill, you are always welcome to come out here to play. Bring the family too. We'll have taquitos and guacamole! And cheese enchiladas for mom. Mmmm!
