Shakin' Artventures!

Poor Juanita. She looks as if she's saying, "Dammit, Frida, get off my back!" Or "Darn candle, umph, get outta my way!" Please don't click on this picture to get a closer look. You'll only end up sneezing from the dust. LOL!

Native Californian that I am, I will NEVER EVER get used to the shaking, rolling, and jerking jolts that an earthquake brings. The shaking began around 8:30 something and lasted longer than usual. Thankfully, things that fell onto the floor did not break. And thankfully, our house is still standing. I do have a hoarseness due to all the yelling, cursing, and screaming I was doing during the few seconds of the earthquake. Good grief, sounds like an orgasm. LOL!!! OK shhhh. I think the rating of this blog just went from a G to an R. LOL!!!

Oooooooooh, that was not the kind of shake rattle and roll I care for. I'm just glad I wasn't E-6000'ing those rhinestones on my new flip flops at the time! LOL

And funny girl - another LOL = the "o" comment in your post(and I don't mean Oprah!)

Oh you poor old thing, I would be so scared. I'm glad only a few things fell off and didn't break. You are brave to live there.

Well, hum, that's more information that I wanted to have, my friend. I thought you were the kind of woman that was very discreet in your comings (and goings, haha), being catholic and all.
