Sisterly Artventure

Sister is the word prompt from the Every Inchie Monday group.  I began with one inchie but it kept growing.
I kept visualizing stamps from my collection that had a sisterly feel and for some reason "eggs" grouped together in a nest told me that there could very well be sisters resting in there waiting to make their debut one day.

I made these inchies with my own sisters in mind.  We're survivors of a very dysfunctional family and have managed to stay connected despite of it.  Yes, the claws come out if anyone bad mouths us whether we deserve it or not.  Only we're allowed to do that to each other.  LOL!!!

Sisters can be cheesy around each other, cry with make-up dripping down our faces, tell each other how it is and be there for one another always.

I don't want to grow old without my sisters.  We grew up together and have a lot of history.  Besides, we're the only ones who can talk about our parents and get away with it.  LOL!
If you have a sister, biological or not, stay connected, love one another and be that shoulder they occasionally need.  Now go call her.

How fortunate to have two sisters, and what a lovely photo, and I adore those inchies too.

Wish I had one but I don't. However, I do have three daughters who stay connected and I am so glad even if they are across the country and in another country. Love the Sisters inchies.

Love your inchies and what you said is so true - only "we" can criticize our sisters (on occasion) - anyone else does and we defend them (LOL!) The photo is wonderful too, inspires me to have one taken with both of mine when we get together again in a couple of weeks.
